Does it auto-rotate accounts?

Many people use multiple accounts because of the 5h and weekly limits.
Does this package auto-rotate accounts/have the ability to add multiple accounts?
If not, are you accepting this contribution?

Yes it does! In theory... I've added this in and it does work, but I did experience a case recently where it seemed to just hang instead of switching over. I haven't figure out why yet. If you find the cause, feel free to add a PR!

Under /settings -> Accounts just ensure "Auto-switch on rate/usage limit" is enabled.

It might be because of an expired refresh token, but that's all I've got. codex will probably be able to find out more :)

@zemaj so far anytime I hit an account limit, I have to quit and resume to get the new account to auto rotate. Sorry, I haven't investigated why yet.
