Auto mode notifications

I moved

notify = ["bash", "-lc", "afplay /System/Library/Sounds/Glass.aiff"]

from my codex configuration file to the new .code/config.toml file. This way I can go do other things for long tasks. 😁

However, this doesn't work well in auto mode because I get one notification for each intermediary prompt run and I don't know which notification is the real one waiting for input. 😅

Is there a simple solution to this?

Ah good point! We should only trigger the notification when the whole Auto Drive session is complete. Will add this in.
