Problem
The chat input can allow file attachment when sending the message.
Currently this is not supported by jupyterlite/ai.
Proposed Solution
Include the file attachment.
Additional context
File can add large context to send with the API.
We may want to let this as optional for the user, to avoid using involuntarily too much tokens.
