Latest xeus-python releases missing from PyPI

@martinRenou Are there still plans to release xeus-python on PyPI? I was noticing that the latest release on PyPI is listed as 0.15.12 which was released way back in 2023. Since then there has been minor version updates of 0.16.x and 0.17.x for xeus-python per the tags at https://github.com/jupyter-xeus/xeus-python/tags.

Yes, someone would need to take time to update the wheel repo to build the latest versions and build a wheel for Python 3.13. It's not on my priority list right now though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
