Prune Release Notes for JUnit 6.0 GA

Deliverables

• Merge the release notes for 6.0 M1, 6.0 M2, 6.0 RC1, and 6.0 RC2 into release-notes-6.0.0.adoc.
• Remove the release notes files for 6.0 M1, 6.0 M2, 6.0 RC1, and 6.0 RC2.
• Ensure that release note entries which address changes between M1 and RC2 are removed or, if applicable, that each entry for a change in a later milestone is merged into the original corresponding entry from an earlier milestone.

Unfortunately, this is a task which is best performed by a core team member, since it requires knowledge of all changes made across the milestones. In addition, merging of the release notes may require decisions based on prior experience with the project.

Thus, I assume that either @marcphilipp or I will handle this.

If you're interested in contributing, we sometimes assign issues the up-for-grabs label.
