Plugin crashes NetBeans 8.2

This sounds like a very useful plugin, however, when I install it, NetBeans won't start any more.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start NetBeans without the plugin.
2. Go to "Plugins" and install the plugin from the update center.
3. Plugin is working.
4. Close NetBeans.
5. Start NetBeans.
6. Splash screen appears and progress bar goes up to 100%.
7. Splash screen disappears.
8. NetBeans keeps running in the background indefinitely without ever showing the main window.
9. Kill NetBeans with the task manager.
10. Remove com-junichi11-netbeans-changelf.jar from the modules directory
11. Start NetBeans
12. NetBeans will start up normally.

System environment:

• Windows 10
• NetBeans 8.2
• Java 8 (JDK 1.8_121 amd64)

Loggin:
No messages pertaining to this plugin appear in messages.log

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it in my environment...

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Java: 1.8.0_121; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.121-b13
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_121-b13
System: Linux version 4.4.0-62-generic running on amd64; UTF-8; ja_JP (nb)

But I'll try it on Windows 10 (later).

I'm sorry to be late. I've tried it in Windows 10. However, I cannot reproduce it...
