Latin script letters like smart case

fzf currently normalizes Latin script letters by default. Often, however, I need to restrict matches to include an accented letter, but using the --literal flag can be too restrictive when exploring the results.

Would you consider allowing Latin characters to be matched in a way similar to smart case for upper/lower?

That is, query term a matches a and á, but query term á matches only á.
