New release after a long hiatus

Aims:

• Investigate and update to latest vscode extension APIs
• Update to latest OpenLayers
• Rewrite preview code in TypeScript
• Support bi-directional conversions (eg. Draw geometry on map, insert converted textual form into active document)
• Support previewing CSV files with known coordinate columns
