Skip missing sources in CAFOS polarimetry groups and continue with reduction of other sources.
A source might be present in a polarimetry group but missing in one (or more) files. An example of this is a calibrator that it is too close to the border of the image and is missing in one of them, or its aperture photometry could not be computed.
This PR makes it so any source like that is skipped and the reduction is continued for the other sources.
