Evil Captain Cookie is so evil that currently due to a bug he will corrupt your world if you spawn him in, so do not spawn him in until the bug is fixed. The bug should be fixed in a future release.

The Bug was Fixed in 1.3.7.5 You can now spawn him in by right clicking Captian Cookie with a Sword Of Epic Proportions.
