Move test.cpp, exampleConfig.json, show_h5.py, test-bg.png, MyKilobot.cpp out of src (into examples?)

That'd be good. It'd also probably be good if test.cpp took a path to its config as an argument.

I'm still on the fence about whether it makes sense at all to have the simulator compile-able to an executable with a main function that's included in the simulator code base (like test.cpp). It makes it easy to test if everything works as expected, but it also seems weird to have example code included in the default compiled source.

I'm planning to add general instructions for how to use the compiled static library with your own main/Kilobot code, so it might make more sense to (1) have the simulator code only compile to a library, and (2) provide an example script for compiling executable code with the simulator library (which would use test.cpp).

I just added you to my experiments repository, where I've been using the simulator that way. But since you're also working on the CMake, you might also have a better way to handle this.
