Trigger on close/merge

Hello! would be possible to trigger this when a PR is closed or merged?

I think this could be useful for people that create a temporal environment with that PR so they would be able to destroy the environment.

Not at moment. It would conflict with the way new PRs are detected, which directly correlates to opened PRs. I'd propose that a new resource be created for this.
