Can you please add a make target to update Octavia stuff? You can add a submodule and whatever.
And I guess you forgot to commit searchstyle.css so can you check it?

I added needed tool and libraries from Oktavia repository under "tool", "search" folders. And I already modified Makefile. You don't have to change your workflow. "make doc" updates index file at the same time.

I mean about tools themselves, we need to update these tools when you update Octavia.
