The purpose of this Pull Request is to fix #207 - Adding a new stepper component in the form components.
Description
Added a new component called Multi-step Horizontal Progress which can be used in forms having various steps for registrations.
How you solved
I have added a new component made using tailwindcss to the forms component which is a multiple step progress component with proper commented code.
