## What is Hacktoberfest?

[Hacktoberfest](https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com) is a month-long celebration of open source software run by DigitalOcean in partnership with GitHub and Dev.

- Hacktoberfest is open to everyone in our global community!
- Four quality pull requests must be submitted to public GitHub repositories.
- You can sign up anytime between October 1 and October 31.

# Hacktoberfest Swag List:

[As the official website states](https://hacktoberfest.com/#prepare-to-hack), Hacktoberfest is a time for everyone to celebrate open-source and come together to make meaningful contributions towards software and organizations you love. Whether this is your first Hacktoberfest or your 9th, everyone can contribute to making open-source software even better!

* Requirements: 4 pull requests in any eligible repository

* Notes: For your PR to count it must be:
Submitted in a public repo, AND The PR is labelled as hacktoberfest-accepted by a maintainer, OR Submitted in a repo labelled hacktoberfest, AND Merged, OR Approved
