Various meta-files are missing from repository.

`.gitattributes`, `.npmignore`, and related files are missing from the repository.

Most of the required files can be added from my [js-module-template](https://github.com/T99/js-module-template) repository.

Other meta files could potentially use updating as well - the gulpfile and various other meta files could simply be replaced.
