Improve `SettingsView`

• The structure of settings between the SettingsView and MenuBarView are not aligned. In the SettingsView we need to add the content filter settings under the video tab
• On the General tab we should display some information about the software (version, commit, link to GitHub or Website)
• As a preparation for the in-app update, we can already provide section under "General" called "Software Updates" that contains
  • a toggle for automatically download and install updates (just UI for now)
  • with a button "Check for Update" (just UI for now)
