The site content is about introduction and documentation of Nougat, a programming language that intelligently compiles to JavaScript and aims to balance ease of use and raw performance. Currently in development.

👋 Looking at https://github.com/nougatlang/nougatlang.github.io/blob/7eccc6fcc2c87e80f9be6466dc82d38b80036a8c/index.html, I'm slightly concerned by the limited content -- it seems to just be that single page that describes the project, but there is no actual project or package that someone could download?

As I mentioned earlier the project is in active early development, there will be the actual project in a near future.
For now, this page is to describe and introduce the project, we eventually plan to add links to the project and functionality.

Hi! other nougatlang member here.
As @PwLDev described, the project is currently in very early stages of development. No final "downloadable" product is being offered yet; The page is currently focused on publishing the specifications of the programming language (the project in question), before we start working on the compiler (the "final product").

I have read the "No Content" section myself, and I believe our page does in fact comply with what's stated there.

Before JS.ORG can accept a pull request there has to be "reasonable content" on the page (as stated in step 1 of the readme!). There has to be at least an index.html with some texts, links, images,... You should give anybody a clear picture what your page is (or will be) about.

👍 That works for me, just wanted to get a clearer understanding of the state of things and that there is actually a plan for more.
