@jqwidgets kindly review and accept the following changes:

  1. .NET Core project migrated to .csproj format
  2. The latest ASP.NET Core MVC Bootstrap Tag Helpers 1.0.6 NuGet package added as a dependency
  3. Target framework changed to .NETCoreApp 1.1
  4. Missing code snippet .htm files added for properly display the Overview MVC page
  5. .gitignore file added to ignore unnecessary files or folders from source control
