Is it possible to do something similar to [fsevents](https://github.com/pipobscure/fsevents/commit/a4e25d2c6a835994d8ba8d8b9601985d53cdca0b#diff-21e418851ae48f9b11907837add9e39a) and add a condition so that this module doesn't attempt to build on Windows? When/If #3 is implemented then it can be removed.
