Steps to reproduce the issue

Check this joomla/joomla-cms#14423 PR. You will see that it has tests but when you check the area "All checks have passed" then you will see that "JTracker/HumanTestResults — Human Test Results: ...." is missing

See information about "JTracker/HumanTestResults .."

Additional comments

One reason might be that the PR had a change recently and test aren't valid anymore, but then it would be good to get a message like

"JTracker/HumanTestResults - Needs Retest because of a change"
