white and muted are missing from 'Theme Colours' ?

I think the 2 colour options 'White' and 'Muted' are missing. I am not sure how muted works though.

This is not a major issue and there might be reasons why this is not on but I thought I might add this issue just incase.

We already have White color in the list. Please have a look and Muted is shown as Gray.
