The solution link of error C2440 is unreachable.

The NO.3 problem in Troubleshooting provides a solution link for solving the error C2440, but it is not avaliable now. So how could I solve the problems like "  'specialization': cannot convert from 'overloaded-function' to 'bool (__cdecl OpenMesh::ArrayKernel::* )(void) " ? 
I have googled it, but have no relevant solution for that. Please help me, I will really appreciate it !
