We were attempting to gracefully stop our docker processes so that there was time for signals to propagate to traps within our buildscripts. However, this didn't really work. Since we have now added a trap in this plugin that does the same thing and definitely does log correctly we can stop trying to shut down gracefully since it is giving the docker process time to restart, which blows up the logs and may be taking more build time.
