download "Winter is Coming Theme"
set theme to "Winter is Coming" (any variant)
open up the terminal

Mention any other details that might be useful.

terminal theme uses default VSCode Dark+ terminal theme, would be useful if the terminal theme matches the code theme
(i.e. a Winter is Coming terminal theme)
