Partial phases chart - bunching/overlapping of the text

In some cases (not rare), there is crowding/overlapping of the times placed near the intersection point of the Moon's disk with the disk of the Sun.

This is simply because of the actual geometry of the eclipse.

The present workaround is to adjust a config setting (gap_between_partial_phases) to increase the spacing between the times of the partial phases.

It's only the intersection points that bunch up. If the text was more central in the diagram, the problem wouldn't occur.
