Download disk image or ova from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bitquant/files/bitstation/

On windows, install

VirtualBox from http://www.virtualbox.org/ Networking should be set to "bridged mode" Bonjour from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL999

On linux install VirtualBox.

Boot up the system. The user is "user". The default password for root and user is "cubswin:)"

Start up http://bitstation.lan/

This should bring up the setup.
