Move shell scripts to scripts/ and update docs

All deployment, testing, and status shell scripts have been moved to the scripts/ directory. Documentation and usage references in CONTRIBUTING.md, DEPLOYMENT.md, and README.md have been updated to reflect the new script locations. Added scripts/README.md to document available scripts. Removed obsolete .kiro and .vscode config files and test-login.html.
