This PR is a WIP until the following conditions are met:
strumbranch with the base PR for this one is merged: Add optional strum to enums, update README, add more wrappers kpwebb/rtklib-ffi#2This branch also fixes a minor build dependency bug in sbfd data when
--feature receiveris used without also adding--feature conv.Aside from the irregular dependency situation, everything appears to be working nominally. Changes are tested using
liban-rsas well as the provided integration test.
