`pore sync --rebase`

One both good thing, but also annoyance, when running `pore sync` is that it doesn't check out sub projects if the HEAD of that project doesn't match the old revision commit. However, usually what I want is to just rebase my commits on top of the topic branch. Any thoughts on adding some sort of `--rebase` flag to `pore sync` that would automatically rebase commits?
