Bezoar

Bezoar is a visualisation and data analysis software coded in MATLAB for high-resolution gastrointestinal electrophysiology recordings.

Quick start

To start Bezoar, navigate to the Bezoar folder in MATLAB and run BEZOAR in the MATLAB Command Window. This should automatically add the appropiate folders to the MATLAB search path and run Bezoar.

Requirements

• Tested with MATLAB 2022b.
• May work with MATLAB 2019a and after.

Troubleshooting

• Error when importing .bdf file. Check that no other folders are on the MATLAB search path (e.g. GEMS). See c-alexander-chan#1.
