Add some PT-BR stuff

I've included some stuff created by me. If you appreciate I can add more content in brazilian portuguese. 😃

I wonder if there should be a different branch of sub-folder for this? In some other "resource" projects like this, I've noticed that the project will other languages in subfolders like:

-pt-br
--read.md (this would contain the brazilian portuguese links & translation of the original page)

Thoughts?

• Another branch
• Another file
• Just a section in the same file to another languages sutff

In browser-diet we use different folders and a common i18n file (docpad.coffee).

@cironunes Another branch with a link in main doc will be the best way in my view.

Hey @zenorocha this is a great way but in this case won't be the same information in different languages, the links will be different for each language.
