This should help prevent the introduction of duplicates in the future, and make searching the list somewhat easier.
Sorry for the many commits! However, several small diffs seem easier to validate than one gargantuan diff. (Perhaps they should be squashed into a single commit after checking.)
Apart from alphabetical ordering, two corrupted links are being fixed, and two duplicates are removed.
