GitHub MCP server: Attempted to access streaming response

While upgrading to mcp 1.10 I think something broke, I'm now getting Client failed to connect: Attempted to access streaming response content, without having called read()`` whenever I try to access the GitHub server (having nothing to do with your PR, just a bug in general). I'm looking into it.

(That's why I think that permanent tests against a couple of official remote servers like GitHub will allow fastmcp to detect some breaking changes quite rapidly)

I am working on a future PR to transparently capture and display traffic in both directions in order to facilitate debugging of low-level protocol issues at "wire level". It's not ready yet. But I'll submit it asap.

Closing this as it is confirmed to be a low-level SDK concern, will be fixed in upstream!
