This pull request adds a Roman Urdu translation of the main README as an adaptation under the existing CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

  • The structure and formatting are preserved.
  • Command examples, links, and technical terms are kept in English or transliterated carefully.
  • Attribution has been added: “Based on original by jlevy - licensed CC BY-SA 4.0.”
  • I’d welcome feedback on style, transliteration consistency, and any corrections.
