How to use the ponyfill

I am using the web-streams ponyfill as an esm module. The documentatioon s<yyss it cna be used like this:

streamSaver.WritableStream = streamSaver.WritableStream
streamSaver.TransformStream = streamSaver.TransformStream

I don't see how this can work.
