Read ADS (Alternative Data Streams) from PDF Documents on import (drop or folder watch)

When downloading, Windows adds a Zone.Identifier ADS to your files in the Downloads directory. As we collect the source url for each PDF in PDF, it would be good to read the ADS to fetch that additional bit of metadata, which generally persists as a file is moved to an import/watch folder structure for Qiqqa, i.e. when you organize your PDF documents on disk.
