False positives in current gestures

Following gestures need to be tested rigorously.

1. Hands together. : One of the things observed is that even if hands are together at the back this gesture is detected.

2. Left hand on right elbow.

I updated the elbow click gesture to require the hand to be higher. It is a little more stable now.
