Add list of software supporting CLICOLORS on web page

It would be interesting to have the list of software and libraries supporting CLICOLOR and CLICOLOR_FORCE to get a good overview of the deployment of this mechanism across software projects. And incite project maintainers to provide pull requests to update the web page with the reference to their software once clicolors support is added.

https://no-color.org/ proceed this way and they have now an extensive list of software names providing support for the NO_COLOR variable.

For a new comer on this color topic, seing both web pages will make them think NO_COLOR has a wider support. However I am quite sure CLICOLOR/CLICOLOR_FORCE are widely implemented too and having the list of supported software on https://bixense.com/clicolors/ would help to demonstrate that.

Interestingly, FreeBSD's ls supports $CLICOLOR and $CLICOLOR_FORCE. Unfortunately, its documentation does not mention the accepted values: https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ls&apropos=0&sektion=1&format=html#ENVIRONMENT
