Not mentioning `CLICOLOR` is confusing.

A lot of software implemented the specification mentioned here, and they link here to explain what/why they implemented it the way they did.

However, there is no mentioned at all of `CLICOLOR` any more.

It would be really useful if there was a note about what the meaning of the `CLICOLOR` variable used to be.
