Issues can be searched on both keyword and by predefined labels. Also, when searching, remove the words "is:open" from the search window to include closed threads in your search.

Searching on labels is the best way to find common issues. The labels used are defined here.

You should update the link in the post above for "Serial Troubleshooting" - the link that's there now (with "Appendix 6" in the URL) just redirects to the home page of the wiki with a message that "you don't have permission to edit this wiki".
