Upgrading Nextcloud causes MIME icons getting lost

I just upgraded Nextcloud from 32.0.2 to 32.0.4. As with the last update, the MIME icons from Draw.io got lost:

However, when I disable and re-enable Draw.io, the icons come back:

Maybe there is something missing in the app, since the icons for all other apps stay visible after a Nexcloud upgrade.

At least all version which got release in the last 3 months. I don't know when that started or if it ever worked.

Running the following command on the webserver in the root of Nextcloud:

php updater/updater.phar

I can also confirm this on 31.0.13.

Icons go missing in the + New menu, and prior drawio files don't open in the editor anymore -- clicking on them goes straight to 'download'.
