Impress.js writer

Given that Pandoc already provides writers for a few HTML slide presentation formats, it should not be too difficult to add a writer for the Impress.js format. It is very similar to reveal.js in that Impress.js also uses data-something attributes, but the <div> nesting is a bit different. For now, Pandoc can generate impress.js-compatible markup by using a custom template and some hard-coded html, but a native experience like the one we get for reveal.js would be great. I don’t have any knowledge of Haskell to make my own PR, unfortuantely, though I inspected the html.hs code and kind of made sense of the general way it works.

If time permits, could you take a look at the HTML template file and check if it could easily be modified to add (basic) support for Impress.js?

A short example that shows the differences in element nesting would also be helpful.

The attached template should work and allow for simple customization. I tested it with the reveal.js writer. The writer engine needs to replace <section ... > with <div class="step" ... > for each slide, and default values need to be added for the general presentation settings, I think. Customizing slides with {data-.... } tags should then work as expected, with the caveat that the attributes should not be repeated in the <h...> tags within the slides.
