Upgrade docs to responsive theme

Hi, was hoping you could update the Sphinx theme of latest version of the docs to something more responsive as the current theme makes it hard to read in a narrow window.  

"Alabaster" is a common choice, similar to the current theme, and one most folks like.

(PS. That bug number making me nervous. :)
