Creating a new object fails in orgs with namespace

Permissions had errorsThere was an error deploying some permissions
SObject Type Name: bad value for restricted picklist field: myns__myns__ObjName__c
SObject Type Name: bad value for restricted picklist field: myns__myns__ObjName__c
Couldn't find tab myns__myns__ObjName__c.
Couldn't find tab myns__myns__ObjName__c.

looks like the namespace gets doubled up
