A queue name longer than 20 characters pushes its row out of line in the projects table #40
pi-kognog-azerothcore was added to queue.md. Its name is 21 characters long; the REPO column of the brief's projects table is 20 wide. pad_to pads to at least 20, so a longer name pushes the whole row one column to the right and LAST, NEXT and STATE no longer line up with the heading:

The fix
Size the REPO column to the longest name in the queue (never narrower than 20), so every row lines up whatever the names are. Long names are not cut short: a cut name is harder to recognise than a wider table.
A test feeds a 21-character name and checks that the LAST column starts at the same position on every row, the heading included.
The REPO column is now as wide as the longest name in the queue, never narrower than 20; names are not cut. Seen on the real brief: pi-kognog-azerothcore lines up with every other row.
3 new checks: a 21-character name (a setup check proves its length), the LAST column starting at the same position on the heading and every row (v0.1.5 fails this), and the long name shown whole.
