Display Scaling Broken in 0.4.0/0.2.4

Since the release of App version 0.4.0/system 0.2.4, display scaling is broken.

On the bottom info bar, it is being reported that my "screen resolution" is 1920x1080, but the "Video Size" is 1885x1060. Due to this the top and bottom of the displayed video feed is cut off meaning you have to use full screen to actually see whats goiong on.

I havent tried myself, but Discord udser Theodor rolled back to 0.3.9 and reported that the scaling then worked properly.

Please address this issue or add a toggle somewhere to select display options like "Fit To Window, Original Size, Full Screen"

I have also confirmed this. Both on Edge desktop and Edge mobile. My other Jet is working fine on 0.3.9.

Same issue on Safari on 0.4.0 and I can confirm that 0.3.9 worked fine.

Same here with v0.4.0 - total pain to deal with since the Windows taskbar falls off my screen and the only way to access it is by switching to fullscreen. (Macbook Pro running Google Chrome)
v0.3.9 worked just fine. How do I downgrade?

unfortunately it still breaks for me on the mobile version of the web page, the left side as the right side don't fit in correctly, I noticed this especially on the veracrypt bootloader and on Windows when I use full window mode.

if I use desktop mode in my brave browser the scaling is fine.

The 0.4.1 update fixed the display scaling issue for me, but then I found that keyboard entry was spotty, and Paste Text no longer worked. Just happen to check Settings > Keyboard, and noticed that my keyboard layout switched from my preferred, to Belgisch Nederlands for some reason. Switched it back to my preferred layout, and everything now works as expected.

Oh, what was your previous layout and what version we're you on when it worked?

Perhaps this is due to something having set the options to an invalid layout?

release/0.4.0...release/0.4.1 shows that the layout being changeable didn't appear until 0.4.1 so until then the paste logic was assuming en-US.

Ah! I was originally en-US, but it switched to Belgisch Nederlands when I installed 0.4.1. Simple enough to change it back, but it took me a little fiddling to figure it out.

+1 here. Originally set to en-US, and somehow switched to Belgisch Nederlands as well. (visiting the Netherlands at the moment - not sure if geolocation is somehow related to this)

I bet it's ACTUALLY that there's no match to current (blank) country code when the settings page comes up so it defaults to the first one in the list?

I'll put in a PR so it acts correctly by assuming en-US everywhere if the layout is blank/missing.
