SFML source download and build fails on Linux when SFML is not preinstalled

During the stage when CMake is supposed to download and build SFML from source (using sfml.cmake and sfml-download.cmake), the process fails on Linux.
Nothing gets downloaded, and the build process stops before SFML is fetched or built.

Same issue appears for Google Tests libs for '''fetch_googletest''' call.
Here is the error:
