When dragging to dismiss keyboard, sometimes textView does not resign first responder

After dragging down keyboard, if you drag all the way to the bottom and then keep dragging down, the keyboard pops up to where you start dragging again.

This happens in iOS7, 7.1, and 8 on sim and device.

What's actually happening in this edge case is that the textView is not resigning first responder. (Note how it is still active, with the cursor blinking.)

Pretty minor. I think most users will "flick" the keyboard down.

This happens when you drag the toolbar all the way to the bottom, then release the touch.

Per the changes in 7c57677, this is now "fixed".

Note: you can still drag the keyboard/toolbar down such that the textView will still be active (i.e., have a blinking cursor), however, you can drag the keyboard/toolbar back up and resume typing.

This may not be ideal, but it won't prevent users from typing.
