Use indentation of 2 when rewriting auto-migrated config file #4312

 • PR Description

Use indentation of 2 when rewriting auto-migrated config file. This seems to be what most people use when indenting yaml files, and it seems to make more sense than the default of 4. We also use it the example config in Config.md.

@jesseduffield I'm going to merge this, I hope you are fine with Chris' review.

I wasn't sure what label to assign, I picked "ignore-for-release" for now as I don't find it super important to mention it in release notes, but feel free to assign another one that you find more appropriate.

I've updated the label to 'maintenance' just so that if any user is confused by the change they can find the PR in the release notes

Lazygit 0.47.1 rewrote my config with 4 spaces indentation, which makes a large diff in my git-tracked dotfiles. Since it would be reverted to 2 spaces, I hope this could be released soon.

@zhengpd It's released now with 0.47.2, but it won't help you because it's not going to rewrite your config file again now. So you'll have to fix that manually, sorry.

@stefanhaller It's fine. I can fix my config quickly.

<!-- Release notes generated using configuration in .github/release.yml at v0.47.2 -->

Small patch release for you all. This is mainly to fix an issue with v0.47.1 which erroneously re-indented users' lazygit config files on startup.

Shout-out to [@karimkhaleel](https://github.com/karimkhaleel) for his MR with some gnarly yaml-handling code.

And a special shout-out to [@ChrisMcD1](https://github.com/ChrisMcD1) who has been pumping out many great contributions lately. Great to have you aboard.
